    DELIVERY TIMES

    Netherlands & Europe: 3-5 business days

     Your products will be delivered by DPD services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail with a track & trace number so that you can easily track your package.

     

    CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

    All orders are currently shipped from European Union countries. Depending on where you are located, you may be subject to additional import fees on delivery.

    If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

    Please note that no rights can be derived from the above information and that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or customs and import fees that may apply.

    RETURNS

    Something not quite right or having second thoughts? You can return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.


    WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

    Items should be returned unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all garment tags still attached.

    If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 


    CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send an e-mail to contact@themake.nl before you use our free returns method. If you wish to have another garment (size, color, model), place a new order online.


    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN TO THE MAKE?

    Europe

    International

    For international returns, please contact us by sending an e-mail to contact@themake.nl. All international cliënts are responsible for the payment of return labels and all associated shipping fees. Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


    WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

    Yes, if you return or cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any shipping costs.


    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return order. However, we may delay your refund if we have not received the goods or evidence that you have returned them. We are not responsible for any lost returns. Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.


    HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.


    ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS?

    The right to cancel or return does not apply to orders made to the customer’s specifications or which are clearly personalized.
