The Livia blouse is an oversized shirt made from a fine-washed viscose. 
It has a stand-up collar with an attached scarf and long sleeves The sleeves and the back have a fancy pleat detail. 
Wear the blouse fully closed and the scarf in a bow for a classic feel, or wear the blouse half open with the scarf loose for a casual look.
